Hardly having collected 10 000$ for buy-in, Ungar get the third victory. So far no one could surpass his achievement of winning three tournaments of World Series. But after this success he continued to play and as a result he lost everything. He bought everything and moved to the cheap hotel “Oasis” where he died in 1997 at the age of 45.
