Casino Hold’em is a variation of the popular Texas Hold’em poker game. Casino Hold’em differs from Texas Hold’em in that it is played against the house rather than against other players.
Objective
The objective of the game for the Player is to beat the Dealer’s hand by getting the best possible five-card hand out of the 2 cards dealt to the Player and 5 community cards.
Cards
Casino Hold’em is played with a standard pack of 52 cards (Jokers are excluded). Cards are shuffled after each game.
The individual cards are ranked in the following descending order: Ace (high or low), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3 and 2. Ace can be the highest value card in a straight of A, K, Q, J, 10, or the lowest value card in a straight of 5, 4, 3, 2, A.

Betting Limits
- The Min/Max sign indicates the minimum amount that can be placed on each betting field as well as the maximum amount that can be placed on the whole table.
Play
Play begins with placing an Ante bet. You can also make a side AA bet, but it cannot be made without the Ante being placed.
Click DEAL. The Player is dealt 2 cards face up, while the dealer is dealt 2 cards face down, and 3 "flop" cards are dealt at the center of the table. The Player and the Dealer can both use community cards to complete a hand. If the hand contains a winning combination, its name is displayed. The Player needs to estimate their chances of winning and to decide whether to raise and continue playing against the Dealer, or to fold and lose all bets made.
- Fold – by clicking FOLD you lose all bets placed (both the AA and the Ante). The game is over
- Raise – by clicking RAISE you continue playing and place an additional bet that equals twice your Ante bet. 2 more community cards are dealt, making a total of five cards. The Dealer’s cards are revealed. The best paying hands are formed for the Player and the Dealer, using 5 out of the 7 available cards. The formed hands are evaluated.
Game Outcomes
The dealer must have a pair of 4’s or higher to qualify.
If the Dealer’s hand does not qualify, you win. The Ante bet is paid out according to the Ante paytable, and the Raise bet is returned to the Player.
If the Dealer’s hand qualifies, it is compared to the Player’s hand:
- If the Dealer’s hand is lower, your Ante bet is paid according to the Ante paytable and the Raise bet pays 1:1.
- If the Dealer’s hand is higher, the Player loses both the Ante and the Raise bets. Even if the Player loses against the Dealer, the Player still receives AA winnings if they qualify. The AA winnings are paid according to the AA paytable.
- If the Player and the Dealer have exactly the same hands it is a push. In this case the Raise and the Ante bets are returned to the Player, while the AA bet can still win.
Hand Ranking
- If the Player and the Dealer have hands of the same type, the hand that includes cards of higher value wins (e.g. 3 Kings beats 3 Queens; a flush of A, 6, 5, 4, 3 beats a flush of K, J, 10, 8, 7).
- If the hands are of the same type and value, the next highest card that is not part of the paying hand, known as the kicker, determines the winner.
